Terri Dillinger

I have been an attendee and coordinator of Mastermind Groups, since 1994. They have profoundly shaped my life, my personal growth, my work ethics as well as my business growth and development.! I celebrated a business growth that took me from the bottom rung – to the top Ten of my company. I rejoiced in sharing these steps and assisting over 2000 women develop leadership roles and develop new business skills. But we always need to ask ourselves – If we are in fact our own teacher – how far can we grow? It is only with the combined thought-provoking questions and discussions of others that make a difference in the level of understanding and learning we acquire on ANY topic! My only greatest asset was that I was coachable and still to this day continue to seek to learn and grow more. Intentionally!
